An Adjuster is a person who, for compensation as an independent contractor or as an employee of an independent contractor, investigates and adjusts losses or claims arising under insurance contracts on behalf of an insurer. In the event that your resident state does not issue an adjuster license, and you need to secure nonresident adjuster licenses, ILSA can handle all the details for you.

Complete entire application and email to the client for signatures, if required.
Secure new bonds directly from our surety company
Obtain Letters of Certification from your home state
Follow up by providing you with a list of states that require an exam
Provide you with a list of supporting documents needed to accompany your license application, such as: fingerprints, exam results and proof of handling claims experience
Submit all license applications and other required documents to the Department of Insurance
Follow up on a weekly basis with the DOI until the license is issued.
