Accounting Supervisor

Gladys Rowland joined ILSA in 2002 as a file clerk.  Her exemplary determination, dependability and attention to detail quickly made her a distinguished employee. Accolades soon followed and in late 2003 Gladys was honored with ILSA’s “Determination and Diligence” award.

As Gladys’ responsibilities expanded so did the challenges she enthusiastically faced and mastered. She soon developed extensive knowledge of not only the Accounting Department business processes, but the company overall.  Throughout the years Gladys has developed numerous time and cost saving ideas that have been implemented to help ILSA and our clients.

In 2005 Gladys was promoted to Accounting Supervisor.  In this role her duties included training new Accounting Specialists to ensure that the accounting process remains accurate and the state fee accounts are properly funded and allocated based on each client’s individual licensing project. Due to the hard work, dedication, and pride she instills in her career, she was presented with the 2005 Accounting Employee of the year award. Gladys can be reached at (254) 729-6106.
