Lisa Miklojachak

A native of Huntington Beach, California, Lisa Miklojachak’s twenty year career in retail and marketing eventually brought her to ILSA in 2006.  After mastering the licensing process, she applied her extensive management and human resources experience to provide guidance and support for our leadership team and employees during a critical phase of ILSA’s corporate growth.  In 2009, she expanded her role to oversight of Administrative Services and Marketing.

Her “can-do” attitude and personal integrity make Lisa a valued mentor for employees and clients alike.  In 2006, her commitment to excellence was recognized with ILSA’s Award for Outstanding Customer Service; and in 2008, her peers chose her as Supervisor of the Year.

A life-long learner, Lisa enjoys reading “anything and everything,” with a special interest in history and anthropology.  She also enjoys spending time with her family – which includes two children in college and two in kindergarten!
