Nicole came to Insurance Licensing Services of America with a notable extended background in client services. Her career with ILSA began in the Initial Licensing Department where she mastered electronic licensing application processing. During the course of her residence in this division, she garnered the 2006 Initial Licensing Employee of the Year, as well as Honorable Mention for the quality and quantity of Corporate Qualifications processed. Rapidly after mastering the licensing process, she began training on the intricate procedures of registering businesses with the Secretary of States. This included fulfilling requests for agencies to obtain their Certificate of Authority across the U.S. In addition to this task she processed name changes and publications to ensure compliance with these authorities. This experience led her to expand her credentials and progress to the Annual Tax Returns Department. In this capacity, she assisted clients with maintaining and securing their good standing with the Secretary of State by preparing current and past due annual returns.

Her impressive ability to grasp and thoroughly understand complex tasks led to further advancement, this time to work in the complicated arena of Surplus Lines Tax Filing. There she trained extensively on the wide range of rules and regulations that pervade Surplus Lines Tax Filing. While in the Surplus Lines Tax Filing Department, she served as the Multi State Placement Coordinator where she comprehensively examined and reviewed countless policies included in programs written for ILSA’s many large Commercial Accounts.

Nicole possesses widespread knowledge on the many branches of compliance implemented by the states to properly maintain agent & agency licenses nation wide. This extensive background on compliance catapulted her career with ILSA to a position as Marketing Supervisor and Customer Relations, where she utilizes her wide range of skills to market the company’s broad span of services. In addition she serves as an advocate to all existing clients to facilitate customer satisfaction.
