VANESSA RODGERS
Customer Relations Supervisor

When Mrs. Rodgers joined the ILSA team in 2004 she brought with her 20 years experience in the customer service field. Since that time her abilities and dedication to meeting her clients’ needs have put her on the fast track to success at ILSA. Vanessa was recognized as Supervisor of the Year in 2006, awarded for Outstanding Customer Service by a Supervisor in 2008 and was a top producing marketer in 2006 and 2007.

Originally recruited to work with Initial Licensing, her attention to detail and understanding of the processes underlying ILSA’S licensing services made Vanessa a natural choice for the expanding New Client Services Department.  Her success in this demanding role, combined with her licensing experience, has well prepared Mrs. Rodgers to assume her responsibilities as a Marketing & Client Services Supervisor.

Vanessa supports many community programs and has been active in local children’s ministry and outreaches to women and children in Mexico for many years.
