Charles Watley
HR Supervisor

A graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Master’s Degree in Human Development and Family Relations, Charles Watley brings a deep understanding of applied sociology and psychology combined with diverse “real world” experience in the energy industry to his role as ILSA’s Human Resources Supervisor.

After relocating to the Groesbeck area from Houston, Charles joined ILSA in 2009; and his skills in work process analysis and personnel management make him an invaluable asset to our multidisciplinary team of licensing and regulatory compliance experts.  Having worked closely with everything from Mom-and-Pop suppliers to multinational corporations, he embodies ILSA’s mission “to be a partner and resource to your licensing administrator whether it be for the world’s largest insurance brokerage firm or a one person agency.”

Charles also shares ILSA’s commitment to giving back to our community.  He has worked as a Child Development Specialist for the Texas Department of Human Services and as a Rehabilitation Teacher for blind children.  In his spare time, he enjoys gardening, reading, exploring the latest electronic technology and spending time with his family.
