Arleen Taveras is co-Founder, President & CEO of Insurance Licensing Services of America, Inc. (ILSA). She has over twenty years experience in the financial services industry working in insurance, commercial banking and investment banking.
Kim graduated from Angelo State University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.), Accounting. She joined ILSA in 2013, taking on Bank Reconciliations, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general accounting duties.
Polly Galloway joined ILSA on June 5, 2006 in the Accounting department. She broadened her skills in our Corporate Tax and Marketing Departments, then came back to Accounting to supervise our Account Representatives.
A native Floridian who “made it to Texas as soon as she could,” Kristy Roberts joined the ILSA Team in February 2006. She brought communication and leadership skills developed in the United States Army and the private security sector to her position as a Compliance Specialist;
Stefanie Cantu is a supervisor in ILSA’s Licensing & Compliance Department. In July of 2008, she joined the Intake Team. Shortly thereafter, her impressive skills led to her relocation to the Renewals Team.
Kym supervises the Licensing & Compliance Department at ILSA, where she is responsible for the oversight of numerous services including; initial licensing, license renewals, administrative action notifications, appointments and corporate business registrations.
Rabecca Garcia brings a wealth of experience to her role as Tax Filings Compliance Manager. Having joined ILSA as a Renewals Specialist, her love for learning, motivation to succeed and professionalism quickly brought her to the attention of ILSA leadership.
Sherry Groves supervises ILSA’s Surplus Lines (SL) Tax & Compliance Department. She oversees the activities of each tax specialist and analyzes department procedures.

Floyd King supervises the operations of the ILSA IT Department. He is responsible for overseeing data administration, telecommunications, system security and risk management initiatives. Floyd provides thought leadership in IT strategy, cost-optimization and efficiency improvement ideas.
