Operations Manager

Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Baylor University. Building on this background, she has worked with ILSA’s clients to renew licenses, maintain current information with the various state Departments of Insurance, affiliate new agents with licensed agencies, and appoint agents and agencies with insurance companies. This diverse experience has given her a thorough understanding of the information needed by the various states to process licensing requests. She has developed procedures to increase the efficiency and accuracy in processing new clients’ information into our system. Coupled with her deep commitment to quality customer service, this foundation makes Chris an ideal choice to head the Initial Licensing Department.

In addition to her busy work schedule, Chris also volunteers her time to support ILSA’s many community outreach activities, including serving as a Board Member and Coach for “Little Dribblers,” a local youth basketball program.  She was instrumental in organizing the Girls’ Softball League, which provides girls and young women with the opportunity to develop both their athletic and leadership skills; and from 2001-2005 served as a GSL President and Coach. Since 2005, she also has been a member of the Groesbeck Parks Planning Committee, promoting the development of the facilities that host numerous athletics programs and special community events.
