Rabecca Garcia brings a wealth of experience to her role as Renewals & Licensing Supervisor.  Having joined the department in 2006 as a Renewals Specialist, her love for learning, motivation to succeed and professionalism quickly brought her to the attention of ILSA leadership.  In 2007, she joined our elite team of Surplus Lines Tax Filings Specialists and received the department’s Customer Service Award.

She returned to Renewals in 2008 as Supervisor, where her focus is ongoing education and team-building to forge a department dedicated to providing quality customer care.  Rabecca sums up her commitment with the promise, “I’m always working towards making a daily difference for my clients.”

Rabecca shares her energy and motivational expertise by chairing the ILSA Special Projects Committee, which recognizes outstanding employee performance.  “I want to be the best at everything I do for my team, clients and family,” she explains.  “To me, reaching a goal is a great achievement, and I think of it as a milestone.  I’m always trying to take it to the next level.”    

In addition to the unique attributes Rabecca exemplifies at ILSA, she also works hard to be a leader at home.  She enjoys spending time with her children and is an avid racing fan.
