CO | The Colorado Division of Insurance today announced the adoption of Emergency Regulation 22-E-20 Health-Care Sharing Plan or Arrangement Required Reporting.
The regulation establishes the data reporting requirements applicable to all healthcare sharing plans or arrangements offering or that intend to offer plans or arrangements to facilitate payment or reimbursement of healthcare costs or services for Coloradans.
The regulation takes effect on November 21, 2022.
