NY | The Excess Line Association of New York (ELANY) today issued Bulletin No. 2023-06. It reminds licensees of the need to certify compliance with the state’s cybersecurity regulation no later than April 15, 2023. Resident and non-resident individual and entity licensees are subject to this regulation and must either have an appropriate exemption on file or certify compliance.
