CA | The California Insurance Commissioner’s Office today issued Bulletin 2023-1. It reminds all automobile liability insurers of their obligation to file Prior Approval Rate Applications with the Department by July 1, 2023. This requirement reflects new financial responsibility laws going into effect on or after January 1, 2025.
