NY | The Excess Line Association of New York (ELANY) today issued Bulletin No. 2023-08. It announces that the 2022 ELANY reports, used to complete the excess line broker Premium Tax Statement, have been posted electronically. For those brokers who selected mail for transmittal of reports, 2022 reports are being mailed on February 21, 2023.
The DFS portal will be updated with ELANY’s member reports on or about March 1, 2023. ELANY reminds all licensed excess line brokers that they must file a Premium Tax Statement electronically on or before March 15, 2023, even if no business was placed under that license.
