NY | The Excess Line Association of New York (ELANY) today issued Bulletin No. 2023-10. It adds the following Lloyd’s syndicates to its list of eligible excess and surplus lines insurers, effective January 1, 2023:
- Lloyd’s Syndicate #1322
- Lloyd’s Syndicate #1699
- Lloyd’s Syndicate #1985
- Lloyd’s Syndicate #5623
The bulletin also announces that Zurich Insurance Company plc is now removed from the list.
