LA | The Louisiana Department of Insurance today announced the amendment of Regulation 31 – Holding Company. The amendment adds provisions for the continuity of essential services and functions provided by affiliates when an insurer is placed into receivership. It also brings the state’s law into conformity with the most current version of the NAIC Insurance Holding Company System Model Regulation (#450).
