ME | The Maine Bureau of Insurance today issued Bulletin 468. It explains the interaction between the Insurance Data Security Act (IDSA) and the state’s omnibus cybersecurity breach law, the Notice of Risk to Personal Data Act (NRPDA). The bulletin also outlines certain changes in the implementation of the IDSA and offers insurance professionals guidance on complying with both laws.
