It responds to requests from insurers regarding Act 494 of 2023, “An Act To Require The Arkansas Medicaid Program And Insurance Policies To Reimburse For Behavioral Health Services Provided In Certain Settings.” The bulletin explains the new requirements for coverage of behavioral health screenings and services.
