DE | The Delaware Department of Insurance today re-issued Domestic and Foreign Insurers Bulletin No. 55. It offers guidance to property and casualty insurance companies for the accurate reporting of geographic allocation of premiums as required on the annual Working Form T-5.
The bulletin is re-issued in response to errors identified by the Department in recent submissions. All companies writing lines of business listed in the Working Form T-5 should submit an action plan detailing how they intend to resolve this reporting problem and prevent its recurrence to the Department by November 20, 2023.
