NY | The Excess Line Association of New York (ELANY) today issued Bulletin No. 2023-20. It explains the association’s standards and procedures for evaluating the financial security of insurers listed on its List of E&S Insurers. The bulletin also stresses the greater duty that brokers assume when placing business with unlisted or unrated insurers.
