Oregon Surplus Line Association Issues Notice Regarding Payment by Checks

OR | Effective immediately, all surplus lines tax payment checks must be made payable to the “Oregon Department of Consumer & Business Services“.

Tax checks made out to the Insurance Commissioner will no longer be accepted.
