AR| The Arkansas Insurance Department issued Bulletin #8-2025 on June 9, 2025, extending the data-reporting deadline for Rule 128 concerning plan year 2026. Originally due on July 1, 2025, the reporting deadline has been moved to July 31, 2025, acknowledging that health plans and Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) cannot reasonably compile complete reporting data on the same day the collection period ends (January 1 to July 1, 2025). The Department will evaluate submissions for compliance, and if deficiencies are found, submitters will have 10 business days from notification to correct and resubmit their reports. Final reports should be submitted to the Department via email at insurance.legal@arkansas.gov.
