AZ| The Arizona Surplus Line Association‘s Bulletin 2025-03 announces that the semi-annual Arizona Surplus Line 2025A tax report covering January 1 to June 30, 2025, for Arizona-only risks and multi-state risks where Arizona is the home state, will be ready for download beginning July 7, 2025, with a filing deadline of August 15, 2025.
- The 2025A report must be filed through OPTins, and no report is needed if there are no transactions; if additional transactions are discovered after filing, an amended report must be submitted and additional tax remitted as necessary.
- Tax reports are based on the effective date of transactions, and all surplus line taxes must be paid directly to the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions via OPTins; early login setup is strongly encouraged before the due date.
