More commonly known as ILSA, Insurance Licensing Services of America, Inc. has been the insurance compliance innovator since 1997. Arleen and Ted Taveras decided to combine their respective expertise and form the most all-inclusive licensing firm in the country, Insurance Licensing Services of America, Inc. The entire idea for ILSA’s formation stemmed from the many problems Arleen faced as she centralized the licensing process for her previous employer. It became evident that there was a clear need for a single licensing resource. This fact, coupled with the lack of automation that existed among the established licensing providers, led the founders to believe that they could fill this void within the industry.
ILSA remains committed to enhancing continually the quality of our “core” licensing, renewals, and affiliations services through ongoing staff development and thoughtful implementation of the latest technological advancements. At the same time, ILSA continues to expand our scope of services to meet our clients’ changing needs. Most recently, this growth included the implementation of a wide range of compliance-related financial services including Annual Returns, Corporate Franchise Tax Filings, and Surplus Lines Tax Filings.
