AL | The Alabama Department of Insurance today announced changes to several key insurance regulations:
- Renewal of License and Continuing Education for Producers and Service Representatives (effective until January 1, 2019) [Amendment made to Section 3 (Rule 482-1-110-.03)]
- Insurance Producer, Temporary Producer, and Service Representative Requirements Relating to Prelicensing Education, Examinations, Licensing, Appointments, and Disciplinary Consequences (revised effective November 17, 2018) [amendment made to Section 6 (Rule 482-1-147-.06)
- Strengthen Alabama Homes (revised effective November 17, 2018) [amendments made to Section 2 (Rule 482-1-159-.02)
- Adoption of Valuation Manual (revised effective January 1, 2019) [adoption of new Section 5 (Rule 482-1-161-.05)]
