AL | The Alabama Department of Insurance has issued Revised Bulletin 2024-02.
The Bulletin has been revised to read as follows:
“On March 28, 2024, the Departments of Health and Human Services (HHS), Labor, and the Treasury released final rules regarding short-term, limited-duration insurance (STLDI) and independent, non-coordinated excepted benefits coverage. This recent federal rule requires new consumer disclosures. This bulletin guides insurers on how to comply with Alabama form filing requirements.”
