AZ| The AZ Bulletin 2025-09 Addendum, issued by the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions extends the relief measures originally introduced for Gila County to insurers operating in Mohave County and certain areas of Maricopa County following expanded emergency declarations by Governor Hobbs due to severe weather events. The Addendum clarifies that customer relief programs enacted during the emergency period for impacted policyholders—including those that might otherwise be viewed as prohibited inducements under the Unfair Trade Practices Act—will not be considered violations as long as they are implemented uniformly and fairly. All other provisions of the original Bulletin remain in effect, and insurers are reminded to handle claims within regulatory timeframes.
