AR| Arkansas Insurance Department Bulletin No. 11-2026 announces that the Arkansas Rural Risk Underwriting Association (ARRUA) governing board has authorized a 2026 assessment to fund association expenses, including the mailing of fire-department renewal subscription notices, pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. § 23-88-306. All licensed property insurers, farmers mutual aid companies and associations that are ARRUA members must submit a $200 assessment per company—including each separately listed company in a group submission, with its NAIC number—using the assessment form included with the Bulletin. Payment, payable to “Arkansas Rural Risk Underwriting Association,” is due by December 31, 2026, and must be mailed to ARRUA, Dept. #40153, P.O. Box 9668, Conway, AR 72032.
