CA | The California Department of Insurance has issued Bulletin 2024-10.
The bulletin announces that Insurance Commissioner Ricardo Lara has decided to make no changes to the Export List after considering testimony and public comment from the Export List hearing held by the California Department of Insurance (CDI) on July 16, 2024.
