CA | The Surplus Line Association of California today issued Bulletin #1449. It specifies the 2023 filing requirements for foreign and alien insurers wanting to appear on the state’s List of Approved Surplus Lines Insurers (LASLI). The filing requirements remain largely unchanged from 2022.
