CA | The Surplus Line Association of California has issued Bulletin 1473 announcing the issuance of the 2024 Filing Requirements Guide (Guide) for non-admitted insurers who seek to remain on or be added to the List of Approved Surplus Line Insurers (LASLI) in California. The Guide is not all inclusive and does not supersede the actual language of California Insurance Code (CIC) §1765.2. You may also obtain the Guide from the SLA website.
