CA| Commissioner Ricardo Lara has scheduled a California Export List hearing for June 24, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. PDT, to be held via Zoom videoconference and teleconference, to consider adding six coverages to the Export List: private primary flood (personal and commercial), private primary residential flood insurance, cyber insurance, technology E&O/cyber, and auto physical damage for track vehicles. Interested parties may testify if they email a request to ExportListHearing@insurance.ca.gov by 5:00 p.m. PDT on June 22, 2026, and may attend via advance Zoom registration or by dialing (408) 961-3927 and using access code 832 1630 6940. To support additions or modifications, participants must provide evidence that no adequate or reasonable admitted market exists in California or that the coverage is a new, innovative product without an established admitted market; written supporting materials must be submitted by email (no faxes) to the same address by 5:00 p.m. PDT on June 24, 2026, with further procedural guidance available on the CDI’s Export List Hearings webpage.
