CO| The Colorado Division of Insurance Bulletin B-4.156 explains that, in connection with HB 24-1149 and Colorado Insurance Regulation 4-2-101 (effective January 1, 2026), carriers offering health benefit plans issued or renewed on or after January 1, 2026 must publicly report prior authorization approvals, denials, and exemptions using new standardized templates, but for the first reporting cycle (2025 calendar-year data) the Division is extending the deadline to complete and post the Appendix A and B templates from January 1, 2026 to May 1, 2026, after which the bulletin is repealed effective May 15, 2026.
