CO | The Colorado Division of Insurance today released the following bulletins. Each concerns an aspect of health insurance coverage for Colorado residents. Click on the links below to read each bulletin in full.
- Bulletin B-4.83 is a revised bulletin that updates preventative services coverage requirements for health benefit plans in accordance with United States Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) recommendations and Colorado state law.
- Bulletin B-4.133 is a new bulletin explaining the requirements for notifying eligible pregnant individuals about the new Special Enrollment Period (SEP) beginning on January 1, 2024.
These bulletins were adopted on October 4, 2023. The Division also withdrew two bulletins:

- Bulletin B-4.84 Coverage of FDA-Approved Contraceptive Measures for Women
