IL| Illinois Department of Insurance Company Bulletin 2026-09 instructs all Illinois-registered pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) on their 2026 annual reporting and fee-remittance obligations under the Prescription Drug and Affordability Act (Public Act 104-27). It replaces the prior 2025-only payment bulletin and requires PBMs to report Illinois covered individuals by health benefit plan, calculate a per-covered-individual fee, and submit both the report and payment by the stated deadline.
