PR| The Puerto Rico Office of the Commissioner of Insurance issued Circular Letter No. CC-2026-2067-AF on September 14, 2026, to all surplus lines insurance brokers to notify them that T.H.E. Insurance Company has redomesticated from Louisiana to Delaware. The circular directs all notified persons and entities to acknowledge the company’s change of domicile and addresses and to contact the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance with any questions concerning the notice.
