- Consumer disclosure: Insurers must clearly disclose coverage and cost-sharing for mandated services—including contraception, sterilization, fertility and infertility services, and abortion care—on a public website, in response to enrollee requests within 14 days, or in coverage materials.
- Employer accommodation: Eligible closely held for-profit and nonprofit religious employers may annually self-certify objections to all or specified mandated services; insurers that confirm eligibility must provide the required accommodation.
- Quarterly reporting: Group health insurers must email DISB a quarterly notification identifying employers granted accommodations, due April 30, July 31, October 31, or January 31; no filing is required for a quarter with no accommodations.
