DE | The Delaware Department of Insurance today issued Domestic and Foreign Insurers Bulletin No. 102 (Revised). It announces an increase in the annual fraud assessment paid by insurance carriers. The new amount of $1,050 will apply to future fee years, beginning with the 2023 annual fee, which will be a line item on the annual premium tax and fees report due in March 2024.
