- Domestic/Foreign Insurers Bulletin No. 139 announces the signing of SB 31. This Act corrects certain technical errors in SB 227 relate to reimbursement for chronic care management. The Act applies to insurance policies, contracts, or certificates issued, renewed, or otherwise amended after December 31, 2023.
- Domestic/Foreign Insurers Bulletin No. 140 announces increases to the minimum capital and surplus amounts required in the jurisdiction.
