FL | Last month, Florida launched an AI chatbot feature on its website called – AskDFS.
AskDFS can answer virtually any Florida insurance licensing question, as long as it’s not about a specific applicant or licensee. AskDFS will not be able to look up information related to a specific licensee or applicant.
The chatbot can be accessed on our website at https://myfloridacfo.com/division/agents/home, by simply clicking the “AskDFS” button at the bottom right of the page.
Florida hopes that people will utilize AskDFS for answers to their questions before emailing the department a question. Please be very specific when asking your question(s), but do not include individual information such as names, license numbers, NPNs, etc. For most application, licensing, continuing education questions, AskDFS will have the answer or will point you in the right direction. AskDFS is available 24/7, so you can get immediate answers to your licensing questions at any time.
