Activation emails are sent to brokers and designated administrative users, who are responsible for setting up additional accounts as needed, and a guide is available in the portal’s Knowledge Base. Portal access requires multi-factor authentication via an authenticator app, and every user must have individual login credentials; users who lack administrative access should contact their broker to be added.
