LA | The Louisiana Department of Insurance today issued Bulletin 2023-03. It notifies all authorized property and casualty insurers of recent legislative changes. The new laws mandate property insurance endorsements and premium discounts related to the Fortified Home and Fortified Commercial standards created by the Insurance Institute for Business and Home Safety.
