MI | The Michigan Department of Insurance and Financial Services today issued Bulletin 2023-07-BT/CF/CU/INS. It announces the expansion of the protections offered under the Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act (ELCRA) to specifically include sexual orientation and gender identity or expression.
