MI | The Michigan Department of Insurance and Financial Services today issued Bulletin 2023-19-INS. It updates the list of hospitals eligible for enhanced reimbursement under Sections 3157(4)(a), 3157(5), and 3157(6) of the Insurance Code (Code), MCL 500.3157(4)(a), MCL 500.3157(5), and MCL 500.3157(6).
