US| On June 3, 2025, the NAIC sent email notification announcing that the OPTins login process will soon be upgraded to use Okta, a secure Single Sign-On (SSO) platform with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), to enhance both security and user experience. Starting in late summer, users will be able to access all OPTins services and other NAIC-authorized systems with a single Okta ID, eliminating the need to manage multiple usernames. Existing users will continue to use their current logins until the transition, while those not already using Okta will have new accounts created for them in July and will receive a temporary password.
OPTins User should look for an email with more details around mid-July.
