NC | The North Carolina Department of Insurance today issued Bulletin No. 23-B-07. It advises property and casualty insurers writing non-fleet private passenger motor vehicle physical damage and homeowners’ insurance coverages in the state to submit CTR data to the Department. The deadline to respond is October 20, 2023.
