Oklahoma Amends Bulletin 2024-07 Affecting Health Benefit Plans and Motor Vehicle Repairs in Oklahoma

  • Property and Casualty carriers, along with Surplus Lines carriers writing personal or commercial passenger auto policies in Oklahoma, must file a “Market Survey Attestation” by December 31, 2024.
  • Health benefit plans must conduct annual provider directory audits and file an Annual Provider Directory Audit Report by March 1, 2025, and every March 1st thereafter.
