OR| Oregon’s Permanent Administrative Order ID 17-2026, effective October 1, 2026, updates the Prescription Drug Price Transparency program’s manufacturer reporting requirements and related rules.
- Raises the new-drug reporting threshold from more than $950 to more than $1,080 per one-month supply beginning January 1, 2027; reports remain due within 30 days after introduction.
- Restores mandatory annual reporting by March 15 for drugs costing at least $100 per one-month supply with a net yearly price increase of at least 10%.
- Establishes new OAR 836-200-0533, requiring expanded two-year pricing histories and clarifying disclosures about factors contributing to price increases.
