NM | The New Mexico Superintendent of Insurance’s Office today issued Bulletin 2023-013. It reminds managed health care plan providers of their obligation under the Patient Protection Act (NMSA 1978, §59A-57-1 et seq.) to provide reasonable access to out-of-network providers. The bulletin also outlines the appropriate process for responding to adverse determination grievances.
