DE| The Delaware Department of Insurance has issued a REVISED Bulletin No. 160, that clarifies that insurers doing business in Delaware must provide mandated, not optional, protections to federal employees and contractors impacted by the ongoing government shutdown. These requirements include premium payment grace periods, a moratorium on cancellations and nonrenewals, flexible documentation, and a waiver of all late fees, with these accommodations applying to all admitted and non-admitted personal and commercial insurance carriers for the duration of the shutdown and 30 days afterward.
