CO| The revised Colorado Bulletin B-10.004 addresses the quantitative testing reporting requirement for life insurers who use external consumer data and information sources under Regulation 10-1-1. Due to the absence of finalized rules on the required quantitative testing, the Division of Insurance is waiving the requirement to include quantitative testing descriptions in annual reports due December 1, 2024, and December 1, 2025.
This waiver applies only to these two reporting periods; all other regulatory requirements remain in effect, and future annual reports will be expected to comply once the applicable rules are adopted. The bulletin clarifies that its purpose is to provide guidance and does not establish binding legal norms.
